How you activate your new service mostly depends on your device. During the purchase process we'll ask you: ✓ If you want to bring your own phone or buy a new one ✓ If you're bringing your own phone, we'll ask you to input your IMEI (New York Mobile doesn't only enable the use of your second SIM, we encourage it!) ✓ Select your SIM type based on the IMEI check eSIM activations get an email with a QR code you can scan to activate your service. eSIM activations are so quick, if you blink you might miss it! Physical SIM cards are mailed out so they take a little bit longer, but activating is almost as easy as soon as you put your new SIM in your phone.
