Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for details on returning new and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices and accessories.
New Devices & Accessories
A remorse return is allowed under the following conditions:
The device/accessory is in its original, unopened packaging OR
The wrong device/accessory was received.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will apply unless the device/accessory is returned in the original, unopened packaging.
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
If there is an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, customers should be directed to the manufacturer for assistance.
Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Devices
A 20% restocking fee will apply unless:
The device is in its original, unopened packaging OR
The device was opened, but its condition is not as expected.
Remorse Return Timing
Request Window: Return requests must be initiated within 20 business days of delivery.
Return Window: Once the return is initiated, the device/accessory must be returned within 10 days.
After 20 Days
If a return request is made after 20 days from delivery, customers who purchased a protection plan may file a claim for any device issues.
If returning a device that has been personalized, please perform a Factory reset and turn off Find my iPhone before returning.
