Yes, we do! You can make your selection from our inventory of new and Certified Pre-Owned devices for sale along with our extensive range of accessories.

Can I use my own device?

Yes you can, as long as your phone is compatible with our network. In fact, our Device Protection included in our Bundled Plans and available as an option in our Create Your Own plans, covers "bring your own" devices. We recommend checking with your current carrier that your phone is "unlocked" before you discontinue service with them. Or, you can add a New York Mobile personalized phone number as a second SIM. (Check your phones SIM type and if it offers dual SIM. Also, be sure and order the right SIM type for your phone)

Does New York Mobile sell devices and accessories?

Yes. New and existing customers on wireless plans can purchases devices and accessories. We offer new and Certified Pre-Owned Devices along with a robust list of accessories. Accessories are available for any customer to purchase. You can see our list of devices on our website on the "Phones" page, or in our online store.

How do I set New York Mobile as my Primary line on my Apple phone?

If your phone is dual SIM capable, you can select one to be the Primary line for calls and data usage. Or you can mix and match. To set New York Mobile as the default calling line on your iPhone: - Go to Settings - Select Cellular - Select Default Voice Line and choose your New York Mobile number (You can tell it's selected when a checkmark appears) To set New York Mobile as the default data line on your iPhone: - Go to Settings - Select Cellular - Select Cellular Data - Find your New York Mobile number and select it as the default or Primary line (You can tell it's selected when a checkmark appears) Enable ""Cellular Data Switching"" to allow your phone to choose which line is best for data use, depending on your coverage and network availability. "
